Life since the terrible news

So after my aunt died, at the visitation it was very difficult but the service was so amazing! My dad and my grandma gave beautiful eulogy's and also a woman named Sheri one her best friends since they were 8 yrs old. Man it was difficult and beautiful at the same time. Although it was hard it gave me a lot of peace. Because before I was angry at God for taking her away.
So the next day was the funeral in the morning. The service was one of the most beautiful ever! When it was over my whole family touched the coffin and said our last goodbye's i tear up at this. When we were saying goodbye my two yr old brother Harrison said, "by aunt Chris" and he blew her a kiss. It was so awesome to watch and experience. What God does through little kids is amazing.
So life since has pretty much been the same but just realizing that she will not be there for thanksgiving and christmas is just heartwrenching for me. And also not recieving birthday cards it just hurts. I admit I have cired myself to sleep more than 3 times. But I just keep taking it in day by day. And my heart has a small whole that needs to be filled with my Aunt Chris.

Ok so I am back on my blog! haha
I just want to say to all my friends and family for comforting me and giving me advice on this difficult time. I want to give a shoutout to Jessie Menchack one of my best friends thank you for calling me at 11 pm and just talking to me and loving on me and giving me wonderful advice. I also want to give a shoutout to Kelli Stuart. THank you for praying for me personally and also to her husband for asking me some pretty hard questions! Kelli you are so cool and I can't wait to get to know you more and your kids!

Terrible news

So my great Aunt a little over a month ago got a double lung transplant and she was doing so well. Our family got to see her from a distance about three weeks ago. We had a huge sign that said Hi Aunt CHRIS! We waved to her and blew her kisses. Sadly as of yesterday afternoon my aunt Chris passed away to go be the Lord. It is very hard for me right now and myself and my family are shocked and terribly sad about this happening. What happened was the past week she started throwing up and she got extremely dehydrated. So her lower intestines started to shut down and the doctors were preparing to go into surgery but could not get her stable. Then my dad got a call from my Grandpa and told him that she shut down. She was gone. Everything in her body just shut off. So my family really needs some prayer and especially me I am taking it really hard. I admit that I am mad because in my heart I am saying God why did you take her away when she was doing so well? I am so upset. So I will be taking a break from facebook and my blog for a little while.

Life this summer!! pt 2

So part 2 of my life this summer! Well this past July a group of 7 people from my church went to Dresden, Germany on a missions trip! It was my first trip out of the country. I think I picked a great place for my first time out of the country. haha! My friends Lesley, Cole and Katelyn went on this trip also. Then there was Tom and Dee and Cathy.We did a sports and English camp for kids that were in like high school. I had an amazing time. Seeing what the Lord can do and how he works in our lives. My friend Lesley and I did our own English class we had 15 kids mostly guys! It went really well and we had a lot of fun. We also gave them a lot of candy, which they loved! Yeah at this camp there was 30 boys and 14 girls. How crazy is that! Those poor girls.

While we were over there I connected with two of the German team ladies. Doreen and Lydia! Doreen and I acted like little kids although we were very serious people in our daily responsibilities. Lydia (said like Ludia) was a very sweet woman. I have to give props to her English it was very good. I have not been able to talk to them in emails because somethings wrong with our home email!

Life this summer!! pt 1

Life has been pretty awesome this summer!! Man I wish it was not over!
Well this summer I enjoyed my first real job (other than babysitting which is so much better) at Six Flags St. Louis! I was in the rides department and ran some of the rides mostly Xcalibur and then three little kid rides! awesome huh? I made a bunch of new friends and had a blast. Especially on ride nights! ONLY FOR Employee's!!! haha! Anyway while I worked there I shed at least 10-15 lbs! lol. I am so happy and it is still coming off! Six Flags was a great experience for me. Oh and did I tell you I am not done working there? I will be working until we close in November! Only on weekends though! Here are some pictures! (before I lost my camera)!

Race for the Cure '08

Last month me and my grandparents went on the 21st of June to the Race for the Cure!
I had to get up at 4:30 am! is that crazy or what?

looking for a vehicle

me and my driving

ok so last saturday on my way to work i thought i heard this noise while i was driving. i stopped the car and opened and closed the doors again. Then i started to drive and i still heard the noise. So i was like ok maybe it will stop. Then when i got to work the security guy says to me you have a flat tire! AHHHHHHH!!!!!! so i parked and i went into work and called my parents and told them to come pick me up afterwards. so when i got home we immediately left and got a tire and came back and put it on and then went home. my crazy weekend!

I Got A JOB!!

YEAH FOR ME!! I just got a job at Six Flags! I went there for training today. We had a test and I passed! WHOOHOO. I will be working in the rides department, don't know were yet. I am so excited! I do not know when I start, because I still have department training. I am so happy to have my first job!

The past couple of days

So the past days have been bad and good. On Tuesday it was the last day to work for the Woman's Bible Study. I was so sad! Then later that day we went to our old church and there was a surprise party for a woman we have known for a long time. She is moving to Arizona, very sad am I. At the party were some of my old "friends" or so I thought they were my friends. They are the same age as I am. They didn't even talk to me and when they looked at me they would either look away quickly or they would give me a nasty look. What the Heck!?! I was so upset and hurt. I thought they had changed. Curse THOSE TEENAGER CLIQUE'S!! I Hate Them! I am so glad I not part of a clique. Anyway I wrote a song about stuff like that. I am proud of it! Wed I took my siblings to Skateport Plaza and then picked my Dad up from the airport. Today I went to my Dad's office and filled eight packages for him. I was on my way to the post office. And when I got there they closed at Five o'clock and it was already 5:15, I thought they closed at 6 o'clock. I was so mad. Then later my dog got out in the dark night in my dark neighborhood anyway I got her back. Then she got into the trash! I was so upset! I need to go do some dishes right now. bye

Springfield trip pt2

OK, so after my friend Lauren left me and my family just hung out at my grandparents house all day. Some of us took a nap. That would be me and my sister Becca. So the next day Monday while my dad was at his conference, he got to take a break at grab some lunch with him at a restaurant called Shorty Smalls. My family thought it was funny because my friends nickname for my is "Shorty". Thanks Lauren. So after lunch with dad we took him back to the conference and we went to Bass Pro Shops in Springfield. I had not been there since I was a little girl. After that me and my family went out to dinner with my moms old boss when we lived in Springfield. I had not seen them since I was really little. Then we went to Dairy Queen and had some ice cream. Then went back to Grandma's house and went to bed. I did not for a while, I was looking for someone's number for a while and I found it. That was Monday.
On Tuesday my friend Nikki called at 8:00 am, I told her I would be up early, but I forgot I told her that (haha!). Anyway her, and her daughter Maya and I got together. We went to the mall and let Maya play for a little bit, while we talked and then I played with her for a little bit.

Then we had some STARBUCKS! Oh so yummy! Then it was like almost noon and we had been together since like 9:30 am. So then we went back to my grandparents house and we saw my sibling playing on a playground and we stopped. And talked for a minute, then my dad pulled up and me and Nikki and Maya got a quick shot together. Here it is.

I am such a dork!

OK so guess what I did today?
So first I went to my friend Lauren's house and gave her flower arrangement that I made her. I made it at my grandmothers house down in Nixa, MO. Then I went on my way to babysitt the Jenkins. I was a little early so I just sat in the car for a little bit, turned the car off and left the keys in the ignition, got out of the car and locked the door. Am I a dork or what! I had to call AAA and have them unlock the door while I was babysitting. But they were really nice and they got the keys out of the car. Thank you AAA. Dork? You think?

Our trip to Springfield MO pt1

This past weekend was so cool!
First me and my friend Lauren drove down first on Friday we left at 1:00 pm and got there around 4:10ish pm. And we went to my Grandparent's house and said hi and waited for Lauren's friend Nick to come in town so we could help him set up. He has alpaca's and he shows them. So that happened and we helped him. Then we went back to my grandparent's house and went to sleep. Then the next morning we went to breakfast with my grandparent's. Then we stopped and got some Starbuck's, then we were on our way to the alpaca show! It was a lot of fun seeing all different colors and sizes of alpacas. They are so adorable! That afternoon we had some Andie's frozen custard! Way better than Fritz's. Then I called my parents and they were almost at my grandparent's house. So we left and went there. And then Lauren went back to the show and I took a nap. It was pretty sweet. Then I woke up and Lauren had just got back from the show and then we had dinner. Then in the morning Lauren left and me and my family went to my grandparent's church called New Life. It was ok i guess. Then we just chilled for the rest of the day.

The past week

wow lots has been happening. First of all my mom, my dad, and three of my sisters had the like two-three day flu, guess who they got it from, me. I felt so bad, because I thought it was something I ate when I had it. And it took like a week for my family to get it, so that must have meant it took me a week to get it. I don't know were I got it from but it was nasty.

I was so sad that I did not work at church at all this week. I missed our Tuesday morning and Wednesday night babysitting gigs. But I did get to watch the Ferris boys Thursday night. They were awesome. Cooper was hilarious he kept counting his burps, I know I shouldn't laugh but I did and then I told him to stop. Maddox was not a happy boy at bedtime, I did not know were it pacifier was, and man was he upset, so I went on an adventure and found it! I was so proud of myself. And then there was Nelson, the sweetest of the bunch, I love him to death! He was so sweet that night and very obedient, no complaining or crying when it was time for bed. That was a fun night.

So lately I have been addicted to Law and Order: SVU, awesome show. I had been watching whenever I could and I bought a notebook and pen from the website. The show really inspires me to become a detective, because I am such and investigator, and I always have to know who is on the phone and what did they want, and I always check the email in the morning. And my favorite actress is on that show MARISKA HARGITAY!!She brings such emotion to her character, it is amazing what she can do. And she is a really good mom to her son August.

Girls Formal '08 part 1

Oh My Gosh! Last night was amazing!
Okay here is the dealo, last night, just a few hours ago, I went to my church for a lovely night to be pampered and shown that I am beautiful and Jesus is my knight in shining armor who came to save my life. so first all the ladies got to church and we all got our hair did and our make-up done, then we put our beautiful dresses on. Then we went down the stairs and were given a rose by a very little prince. Then we walked and our young men from our youth group stood in a line on each side of you and were holding swords, making us feel like a princess, then we took a picture. Then we walked into the dining room and were called out by our name and were escorted by a handsome young man (mine was Ryan Hill from our church, who I secretly have a crush on). Then we were seated and served dinner and dessert (Yummy Food!!). Then three guys talked to us at how they admire our modesty and our love for Jesus. Then my friend Dan played the piano and my friend Allie sang a beautiful song! It really struck my heart because it was about our first true love JESUS!! Then three girls, Sarah, Natalie and Danielle gave their testimonies. Then our worship leader Dan Hartke who wrote a love song for all of us sang that song. It made me cry. Then another young woman who is in college now gave her testimony and just encouraged us to press on in our faith. Then we all went into the big auditorium and took a picture of all of us pretty ladies on the huge stage. that is all for now I will have pictures later.

Sorry i have not written i a while

Hello peeps
so lots has been going on and life sucks right now.
awesome news my MOM is PREGNANT. I am so excited!! whoohoo! yeah! number 9!
so stressed out lately with school, taking care of my dog and just life!
so my family and I moved to a new house. It is so amazing! Look!
